Neopets down for Maintenance

7:30 PM NST, a prime time for Americans to be on, and Neopets is down for maintenance.

I mean, it's noon here in Australia, but I use my day off of Uni to play Neopets. Why can't TNT try and get the site STABLE, instead of working on pushing out as much merchandise as they can, which countries like mine don't see.
Americans may get the CCG (Neopets' main source of attention), but Australians don't, And Australians are getting sick and tired of the LACK of STABILITY and CUSTOMER CARE that TNT is showing towards long time players that aren't potential customers for their merchandising ranges and other money-making ideas.
Come on TNT, remember it's the SITE that's important.
