That is one messed up way of telling me I've gotten an avatar, though. Shouldn't there be another pop-up a few seconds later saying something like "syke! You really got the avatar. Gotcha!" or something?
But since I don't even know how to use them, or where to go to see them, and I'll never set foot in the NeoPets Boards, I guess it's ok.
...that's not to say I don't still WANT them all.

to see the go to chat prefrences. you dont have to go to the boards to see them. and the pop up thing is bogus. i wish they would fix it. it happens in all the game avatars.
