Wats up with the heal ability???

I fought this guy 1 hour ago. First I thought he was just a usually bder with no super expensive weapons or abilities. First move we froze each other with H4000 helmet. Second move we attack each other. I did 78dmg to him and he did 56dmg. To my amazement I found out he healed 35. I though tat was just a fluke. Then the next turn he did it again 
and adding to this story he only used heal with medium strength.

Sounds like you were a victim of the Everlasting Crystal Apple, the "american express" for newbie-nators. I was surprised as well the first time I came upon this, because when you fight them it only says "Blah healed 30hp". The Apple can be used evermove and heals 30 hp (is not a ability)

ECA heals 30hp a turn he saw 35hp

oh ic but i remember clearly his power lvl was on yellow and he didnt use any abilities.

EAC is not an ability. It's a combination of Jhudora's Crystal ball and Everlasting Apple - both of which are hidden tower weapons.

Speaking of the heal ability, IDB says it does 1-57 HP of heal. What I got when I used it:
Strong: 3 HP heal
Medium: 2 HP heal
Weak: 1 HP heal
If so the ability is SO not worth it

Maybe he used a rod of dark nova? No, that says he heals and gives 3 dark novas....well I'm puzzled.
I've fought those New Member before. I beat a few, without any unbreakble 100% freeze items. They're all from a guild called 'PLAGUE'. They heal, burrow/sink and H4k (any 100% freeze) on the first turn, then pwn you.
I've fought a guy with an ECa, from PLAGUE. He's teh_*numbers* or something.
