I really don't want to sound silly but how do you put the 9 peices of the petpet laboratory map together?

You must have already put together all 9 pieces of the original Secret Laboratory Map, but then you can go here to assemble the pieces

It won't let me put them together for some reason.
any ideas why?

You've already turned in the regular Secret Lab Map, correct? You also have all 9 pieces of the Petpet map, with no duplicates? If that's all true, you should see a button on the page I linked that allows you to put all the pieces together.
