where to restock with a new account?

i just signed up for neopets and i'm not sure where to restock, since apparently there's some thing about new accounts not being able to see every item. what's the rule and where's the best place for a newbie to restock?

The restrictions are thus:
First 10 days: Can only see R79 and under
After 16 days: Can only see R84 and under
After 1 month: Can only see R94 and under
After 3 months: Can see all rarities
Since you're so heavily restricted, I would suggest looking at the chocolate shop and the bakery (shops #14 and 15). Both of those shops have plenty of R79 and below items that you can sell for profit.

In addition to the Chocolate Shop and Bakery, the Pharmacy (shop #13) is a nice shop in which to restock. Although you won't be able to see every single item, you can see most of the good ones. A list of items you should try to get (you may not be able to see some of them at first) :
