Think it might be a new world where the new neopet originates. (kinda like the krawk comes from krawk island, draiks come from meridell and grundo's come from kreludor.

They have prommised lots of things for a long time*coughneoschoolscough* yet they get every TCG expansion out on time.

That reminds me of a Team Rocket HQ or something, or that article in the new Neopets Magazine about the city from which everyone disappeared.
