Where's my Premium?

My Premium just disappeared today. The payments have been going through (to my knowledge). Who should I contact, and is there any ideas why this happened?

Although I have Premium I'm ridiculously unhelpful in directing you, but has your credit card expired? Even if it's the same number with a new expiry I believe that can halt the premium access.
