According to their domain information, it's 1-818-551-4344. However, that's the same as their fax. So don't expect to get a person.

Hey, I wonder what would happen if I called demanding my account back...

Tonu, I seem to recall a very angry individual on PPT several months back who did just that. He was really bent out of shape, calling repeatedly, yelling at the receptionist and telling Neopet's attorney that she was the devil--or something like that--and wanting us all to call Neopets to complain. He ended up getting IP banned--all of his accounts frozen. Man, he was even more upset after that. So, bottom line, don't mess with the receptionist. Me thinks she has a big red freeze button under her desk.
