I go north on the cloud the city rests on, and finds a Discarded Grundo Plushie.

I think it was the original The Return of Dr. Sloth that explained why purple pets had orange spots, but that was scraped away for Hannah and the Ice Caves. (I was actually there for HatIC and got a measly six points on my old account even though I battled eight enemies .)
