House icon on NeoHome items

I just noticed that many, but not all, of my neohome items in my SDB have a house icon in the lower right corner. Is this new?

It's part of the Neohome redesign I'm betting, with the upcoming release of Neohomes 2.0

Yeah, it has to do with the release of Neohomes 2.0 I think any item with that icon means that it is able to be used in your Neohome 2.0
