Renewing Premium Service

So I used to have Neopets Premium like a year ago, but I dropped it for a few reasons. I'd like to give it another shot, but I'm not sure how to go about reinstating it. Could anyone help me out?

I think you sign up as normal, either by invite or just signing up without an invite, and fill out everything again. Most features should be the same as when you left (here is a quote from Leto's petpage about resubscribing)

Note that after you resubscribe to Neopets Premium, your Premium settings will be the same. Your portal preferences should be restored, any referrals you sent out will remain the same, as well as any referral prizes that you have earned. If you were a Charter member, your chat board status will be restored as well.

Unless I'm wrong--you don't need the invites.

That link though is worth it's weight in gold pressed latinum.

I haven't heard of anyone being able to just sign up again for premium--in any of my circles. I myself have to get in touch with them to reinstate my paypal billing agreement. (If you paid through paypal you do have to go to them directly btw.)
