Why isn't Neopets working right now? Does anyone have the same problem as me? I am really mad at this moment, I was going to go surf the pound 'cause it opened today!! It's debastating! :o :x :x :(

The pound hasn't yet opened, there is a huge discussion about this going on in General Chat if you want more information or speculation ;)
