Premium/Side Account/Alias question

This is a bit involved so bear with me. When I first began on Neopets almost 5 or 6 years ago, I had the username mom2twinzz. I stopped playing for a long time and decided to self-ice. I began again using my current username, but wished I could unice the account. I attempted to, but was told it had been more than a year and no way could I get it back.

Then the auto-deletion of old pets and accounts happened Lo and behold, I could recreate the account. Now I know the policy on side accounts and using mom2twinzz as the main and then my current username being my side account would be allowed - as long as I never earned NP with my current username again.

However, I am a premium member. The current username is my premium account, while mom2twinzz is my alias (giving me the premium benes on mom2twinzz). If I switch, my current username would still get all neomail SHH events and the space faerie scratchcard. Would this get me frozen for doing? I tried contacting support to see if I could switch my main and side account and they were basically no help. i.e. that I could not have them switch so that my current username is my alias and mom2twinzz my account username. Well, I know that is NOT possible. But I am wanting to leave the portal as is and just only use the alias account for gameplay and such. Is this allowed or am I looking at a major case for freezing?

As far as I know you can not switch accounts with Premium.

Alias accounts do not have all the benefits of a paid premium account - so it would be a waste to switch accounts.

If you wanted to change mains, you would have to cancel premium on your account, switch and then rejoin on your new main.
