My shop Items missing

My shop Items has gone missing for a week now and the neopest team has'nt answered my repeated messages and I posted in the help section of the chat boards found other's in the same boat as me. I need to know should I give up on neopest returning my items and restock and if I do restock and they do return my items at last will all the new items I put in be thrown into cyberspace

Calm down and be patient. There are tons of glitches related to the database move. Give it another week or so.

Gee's I hope you are right I have 2 shops down because of this:( 1 my shop and the other is the guilds toy shop I gave up on my account and put some things in my shop but the guilds account I'm keeping it the way the neopets team left it after there glitch I'm only putting 15 items at a time in my shop just incase they do put it right in the future. The lost income is just killing me

If I were you, I wouldn't put anything in your shop until it is fixed--I have heard too many stories of people losing all of the new items put in their shop once the old items were restored.

If you need to sell things to make nps, I suggest using another account's shop to do so.

If you haven't heard anything yet, you might want to send letter to someone in Neopets about this--the type of letter you put in the mail.

And, best of luck to you--it is quite nerve-wracking to have to go through this. I know 4 shops that went missing in action last Monday and that have now been restored, so perhaps there is hope that they are working on yours.

Well I got back my some items in one of my shops but it was items I had in there for a gross gallery I had before I made it into a reall shop and hav'nt gotten anything back in my other accounts shop that is my guilds toy shop I'm having some mixed emotions going on over here

They are moving the shops to a new database, there are alot of shops down

Zega, it is quite hard to tell someone who has put everything into their shop and then watched it disappear to "calm down and be patient." Unless you have "been there, done that" or have someone close to you who has experienced it, it is somewhat insensitive of you to say that to someone who is in obvious agony over her disappeared shop. Especially when Neopets puts absolutely nothing in the news about this to reassure those still waiting on missing shops.

My husband quit Neopets because his lupe gallery (one of the biggest out there) was gone for three days after this last glitch. His remark was that someday it will disappear like this again and never return--so why bother anymore. Neopets is no longer reliable and because of that is losing players left and right. And, not just new players or players who dabble--but big, longtime players with huge shops who have invested a lot of time playing the game.
