I have three questions:

Why is there a cut out in the news of a baby yurble wearing a top hat and banner..I mean WEARING a top hat and banner. It is no fair!

On neoitems in the items database it shows the pirate ogrin shirt as a black and white shirt. On the news it looks like the ogrin is wearing a red jacket. Could there be a black and white shirt under the jacket? I can't tell.
