list of unusual items that transform pets?

I dont need a list of morphing potions or transmog potions or paint brushes..
but I would like a list or if you know of any items like turnip tonic, potato potion etc that changes pets species or color.. Im making a list for myself to keep for reference.. thanks
These I think
potato potion: changes any pet to a brown kiko
turnip tonic: turns any pets color to any 1 of the 4 basic colors
vengeful scroll: turns any pet into a pink lenny

The Mysterious Swirly Potion turns your pet into a random Limited Edition Pet. The color will remain the same as that of the original pet, unless that LE species doesn't have the color, then a basic color will be randomly selected. The species that can be transformed into so far are Kiko, Koi, Cybunny, Tonu, Poogle, Hissi and Jetsam.

E.g. If a Darigan Yurble turns into a Jetsam, it will be a Darigan Jetsam.
But if it turns into a Koi, then as there is no Darigan Koi color it will be Red/Blue/Green/Yellow.
