Wearable Clothes?

Does anyone know of a site that has a list of the wearable clothes on Neopets? (Not including items from the Neomall)

I was just refreshing at Uni's Clothing and noticed when the items came up, it didn't show whether or not they're wearable. The reason I know that there is no difference is because I knew the Usukicon Y9 Attendee Badge is wearable and it wasn't blue...

So I was wondering if I could see a list of clothing so I can more easily make good purchases there. Thanks a bundle!
