I have an item that was duped via a glitch. It isn't an expensive item, worth under 2k. I have already "used" the legit item, but put the duped item in trades asking for it to be deleted. It was an accident (obviously). I already sent a report to TNT. Should I do anything else?

I'm sure you should be OK. You've done all you can do.

Agreed. You did the best you could. Hopefully Neopets wont try to freeze you for no good reason.

Thanks. It came from the "Item Event Log" glitch. Someone sent an item for a quest, I accepted it, I used it. Then I went back to the page (to give someone a link to it) and saw that the item was still there, so I clicked Accept, wondering what had happened. I then went to my inventory, it was there. I check my pet's stats to see if the quest had given me the Def point (to see if the quest had been completed) and it was up a point. So I knew that it must've come from a glitch and was accidentally duped. And that is my story.

It would be best to just discard the item since you know that it's duped. Now it may look like you're trying to keep it.

naw, its best that neopets see's the item and that its there as proof. its good that Siouxper email TNT to tell them and explained whats going on. Its the best thing you can do with glitches. Getting rid of the item might look like they're trying not to get caught.

I've seen people get iced while having such a message up when they weren't sure if the item was duped. I'd discard it and just leave it at that. But that's just me I guess.

I had a glitch-duped unbuyable item in my inventory for over three months. When the glitch happened I panicked and immediately submitted a bug report. No reply from TNT. No warning. Nothing. It just sat there. I finally discarded the thing two weeks ago.
