Like MarchingDuck said. Also if you play non flash games you will see them more frequently due to the refreshing for random events, like in pyramids. 
I can usually get a few a week that way, give or take.

they're a random site event. Like Autty said, try playing a nonflash game (like neoquest or cheat, etc).
They're also going up in price lately and sometimes bait for a scam so be careful.
