time zone question

how do i change the time zone on my neopets account? and how do i change it on this website?

You can't change it on the Neopets site, as everything is centred in Neopian Standard Time (the time in California I think - don't quote me on that). You can change your country though in your User Info page

As for here, you need to go to your User Control Panel, then Board Preferences and change it to the appropriate timezone there.

That's a separate option. Right below time zone it says:

Summer Time/DST is in effect:

You have to choose "Yes" there. It's defaulted to "No."

For the forum, go to User Control Panel - Preferences.

For the Neopets website, everything is set in NST (Neopets Standard Time), or the same as California time, or Pacific Standard Time.
