Pictures/Layouts aren't showing up!!

Okay, so I started up a new guild, and my layout isn't showing up. It like flickers on for a second then disappears into a tiny little dot. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time, I just switched for photobucket to imageshack and it worked, but this time it isn't working. And I tried to put an image on my userlookup and the same thing happens.
Advice?

It's the new coding Neopets created. That same thing happened to my user lookup. Try going to http://www.neopets.com/~Ironyy. She has a good guide. Good luck!
