Is there some way to like... turn off the sound in
all flash games? Yes, all of them. I think that some game music is really... bad, especially sponsor games. Help appreciated!
Thanks,
Dylan

Yes. I use a program called FlashMute. It only mutes your flash sound so you can still listen to music while playing games.

Well, yes, that is a good and simple solution. But for me it's kinda like throwing the baby out along with the bathwater, you know? I like to listen to my own music while playing games; playing in total silence creeps me out after a while. And I don't have a stereo or anything like that nearby. So it just wouldn't be that simple for me.
FlashMute, huh? I'll have to look that up. Thanks!

I'm with Rakumel on this one.
Most people have their music on the computer and not being able to listen to it and play games is frustrating. And no need to buy a stereo when your computer can do everything for free.
Flashmute is great and has a keyboard shortcut. This way you can still focus on the game at hand without minimizing the window and searching around.

Where can I get FlashMute? I like to listen to music on my computer, so it doesn't kill my iPod.

I believe I got it from here.
http://www.indev.no/?p=projects That's the current version I have on my computer and I don't have any problems. I'm sure there are similar programs to this but that was the first one I found. It works and it's free so I can't complain.

That is brilliant. Though I'm guessing flash only means that crappy music will still pop up in shops and user lookups?
Thanks for posting that
