Restock age limit

I was on the boards and someone was talking about krawks. I am pretty interested in all things krawk, and I try to keep my krawk page up to date. So they were saying that a user under four months wouldn't be able to restock a krawk petpet, as there is some kind of restriction. They were saying that young users can't restock rare items like that.

I'd never heard of this. Apparently you just don't see the rare items. Is this true? I've heard of the adoption thing, but I am still confused about that.

So can anyone tell me

Is there a restocking age limit? When does it end?
Is there any age limit to trade rare items using the trading post?
Are there any other age limits I should know about?

Also, at what time would someone be able to adopt an unpainted and painted krawk from the pound?

I'm not much help but I'm pretty sure you can't see certain rarity items until your account reaches a certain age.

I have heard that you can't restock certain rarities if your account is young, also. I can't remember what age it was though, or where I heard it from...

But for your last question, the pound has this to say:
"WARNING!!! Pets that are above level 2, are limited-edition species, or that have been painted with certain rare or expensive paintbrushes, CANNOT be adopted by any account younger than four months. So be careful when abandoning a pet, if you're planning on trying to re-adopt it!"

Yeah, I'm confused by how you can be confused about the adoption thing..it seems pretty clear.

But I have spent a bit googleing the restocking age limit...and nothing has turned up. I'd call BS, but who knows. If it was true, you'd think it'd be on a site somewhere.

AHA!! I found where I saw it, I was looking up items to buy from the chocolate shop that would give me the avatar (which I never did get, sigh)

It is true. It's nothing over rarity 90 I believe. I'm not sure how long it lasts. You'd probably get a better answer asking on the neoboards. There are more restockers there that have been frozen and started over.

I'm not sure exactly, but I think that your account has to be 4 months old to restock rarity 90 or whatever things, and I know this only because they talked about it on the podcast once.

Accounts under 1 month old can't see R 90 + items in Main Shops.
Accounts under 3 months old can't see R 95 + items in Main Shops.
