An Avatar Question

I was wondering, why on neopets that there is no avatar for the neopet Yurble? Every other neopet has its avatar, so why doesnt Yurble?

There is a Yurble av, but it's a special av rather than a default one. You get it by visiting a Yurble's lookup.
