PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I turned 13 on February 13th, but when I go to the boards or do any other things that people under 13 arn't allowed to do, it says that I don't have permission to view the page. I decited to see if I put in the right birthday, so I logged out and went to log back in. I purposly typed my password wrong so it brought up the password screen also asking for my birthday. It was the 15th that day, so I guessed the 16th, thinking it might work tomarrow. It then lead me to pet central, meaning that I had put my birthday as the 16th when I signed up, but I still can't use certain parts of the site. How can I fix this problem?

I would send in a bug report to TNT. My guess is they just haven't gotten around to updating your account. My other suggestion is to just be patient.

Hmm.... I went to FAQ and found the place where you send in questions.... but I'm not quite sure what to send it under. I already tried Parental Permission a few weeks ago, but that didn't help. Should I do general, HTML filter, or issue not listed?

I would submit a new bug report under "general" or "issue not listed". And be prepared to wait a long time for a response. I used to be a premium member, and two weeks ago, I finally got a response to an issue I had back in November. TNT is very, very slow to respond to some issues.
