sorry if this was already responded, but i heard around that the MVC's do not only appear in the gifts galore shop, but also in all the other shops randomly. Could someone clarify me? Thanks!

They appear in the igloo garage sale also(but have never seen one personaly), but have not seen any in the other shops.

The Esophagor may give one out randomly as well. I believe someone posted a screenie of it in the screenies thread not too long ago.
