Can snow pets be adopted by an account under 4 months old?

I highly doubt they can, but don't know for sure

WARNING!!! Pets that are above level 2, are limited-edition species, or that have been painted with certain rare or expensive paintbrushes, CANNOT be adopted by any account younger than four months. So be careful when abandoning a pet, if you're planning on trying to re-adopt it!

I know certain pet colours can be adopted with an account under 4 months. I just can't think of what the colours are.

There should be a thread a page or two back that says what pet colors can and can't be adopted under 4 months.
