Shop restock problems

I tried to restock today, because it's half price day, but the shops only seem to restock every hour or so. Doesn't it normally restock a few times an hour? There's also a lag in the shop.

How long has it been this glitchy? Or is it just today because Half Price Day?

Its been laggy for a few days for me and I have noticed some shops not restocking for a few hours, then restocking 4-5 times in 30 minutes.

I wrote a bug report to tnt. I hope they fix it soon, because it's rather furstrating waiting for over an hour for a shop to restock.
