i have the 9 cards of the labo of pet pet ..but i don't know where i put it for complete the puzzle

That link should work as long as you have completed the regular lab map first. If you don't have the regular laboratory map yet, you can't use the petpet lab.

The regular map is called "Secret Laboratory Map" in english. You can find some on the shop wizard, while some MAY be unbuyable (sorry, didn't check the price lately 
). The total cost of the lab ray should be above 500k, so consider before buying.
That's the only way you can get the petpet lab ray, though, so...
If you have all the nine pieces, you can go here: http://neopets.com/games/treasure.phtml?type=lab, to have eternal access to the ray.

You need to collect all 9 pieces of the Secret Laboratory Map. If your language setting is in french, it will be called Carte du Laboratoire Secret. They're very expensive though!
