What are the Cheapest books. I know the newspaper, acaras paw and waterlogged. But what else is there under 300nps

Kreludan Cookie Book is around 300, and several are 500 and under at the space book shop

This site has a good list of cheap books. a lot of the newer books aren't there, but that should be a start

You could also go to the Neopets item database at neoitems.net (link). You can choose a category, such as Book, Booktastic Book, Brightvale Book, etc., and then check the box that says "show estimated prices". To do all of this though, you have to register as a Neoitems user.
