I know I am new here, so if this is out of line please feel free to let me know ^^. For the past two years I have offered a christmas swap. I set up trades for a few hours ever day of December. The items are discounted but not free so all I ask are good gift items in return. I thought I would give you guys a heads up because well I like you guys

That's sweet of you to do. Just be very careful about posting something like this on the chat boards. They frown on Wishboards, Secret Santas, and even people who "give" away gifts on the boards. I know this for a fact as my daughter's account was frozen a few years ago after she gave away Christmas prezzies on the chat board. She was extremely wealthy for a young neopian and was just trying to be generous to those who didn't have as much. Someone got jealous and falsely reported her for scamming. I got her account unfrozen but it was really a difficult time for her.

Now that's just terribly mean, underhanded, rude and shallow! I hope whoever did that gets their just deserts (what goes around really does come around, after all)

Aw, that's very kind of you! ^__^ I'll make sure to pop by sometime, if I've got time to do a little Neo-christmas shopping.

I think you'll be okay advertising on the boards if you stick to the trading/auctions board. FC is full of jittery little beasts hungry for drama, and frequently innocent things turn sour there. x_x

The girl who reported her did get frozen shortly after that. She got frozen for filing too many false reports. The TNT staff member who unfroze my daughter's account was just wonderful.
