Who is the Tale of Woe villain?

Who do you think it will be? Will it be Ilere of the Woods, a mysterious Dark/Earth faerie whose legendary status inspires fear in all of the woods' denizens? Is Mr. Krawley really at the top of all of this, or is he just working for someone else? Could this mess possibly go all the way up to Hubrid Nox or Eliv Thade? Now's your chance to vote. Well, the plot's closed, and... Mayor Thumburt was the major villain. Who knew? Apparently not any of you. He got NO VOTES. Oh well.
