King Hagan, beloved King of Brightvale, has a speech prepared for his loyal subjects. He glances down at his index cards and begins to speak...
"Welcome, Kauvara! Toys we oh invalid..."
Wait a second, that's not his speech! Just a bunch of seemingly random words put together.
