Ability Levels

Some information please:
By using bottled faeries i have given my main pet a large number of abilities. However they are all level one abilities. If I bless them again they either gain a new ability or the faerie says they are not experienced enough and disappears
. I'm wondering how you increase the level of your pets ability.

Method 1: Feed your neopet a Radioactive Negg and once of your pet's abilities level will be increased.
Method 2: Land on the Light Faerie on the Wheel of Excitement and the Light Faerie may raise the level on one of the Abilities.

You can also increase faerie ability levels if you land on the faerie pancakes spot on the Wheel of Monotony.
