Xweetok Colour Decision

I have a Xweetok called Sunlit Ambrosia. She was named for her beautiful shiny fur. I think the fur of red and yellow Xweetoks looks like sunlight shining off of sparkling wine.

The only problem is, I can't decide which colour she should be. The yellow is super shiny, but the red has a deep, rich quality. It's hard to decide. Part of my thinks I should just switch between the two. (but that makes petpet matching difficult)

I'd like to hear other people's opinion. Btw, her personality is shy, and not much of a talker, but a very good listener.

Red, of course. Yellow looks popular (personality, as in). Red looks like keeping a secret...(also in personality)

Oh ya and, the Yellow hurts my eyes. Red looks much better. Shiny pets doesn't have to be SO shiny...@_@

Though I'll never be a huge fan of the Xweetok (unless they release a really awesome redraw colour), I'd say the red's better than the yellow. The yellow's just too bright.

The Yellow hurts my eyes, and I accidentally voted for yellow.

Red looks more natural on the xweetok to me. It looks like my friend's hair when she had red highlights so that's how my xweetok started

The yellow does really pop, but I prefer the red--it's a bit more natural-looking and rich. Red also seems to fit in more with the way you've described Ambrosia's personality. It really just comes down to what you prefer, though.

I personally like the yellow. The red is just too close to the brown, and even though the red itself is shiny, the whole thing ends up looking a little monochromatic and dull. I normally don't like yellow pets but on the xweetok it just seems to work.

Edit// Although I kinda missed the personality part. And I have to agree that the yellow seems more outgoing, and that the red would work better for a shy pet.

Red. Most yellow pets don't look that great, except on Xweetok, but red still looks better.

Thanks for all the responses guys. I personally favored the red myself, and after hearing everybody's opinions, particularly regarding the personality match, I'm feeling more confirmed in that decision.

When I was making this poll, I had intended to make a third option, "switch between the two every 3 months." Since basic colour paint brushes are not too expensive, that should be easy. What I think I will do is keep red as her main colour, but once in a while if I feel like changing it up, I'll make her yellow for a month.
