As in...like...Maraquan means underwater, Grey means depressed, Faerie means beautiful and with wings, Island means like Hawaii pets, Tyrannian means prehistorical, Plushie means toy/soft toy, Christmas means christmas day things, Fruit chias means Chias that look like fruits, Halloween means those pets that comes out during Halloween Day/spooky, Ghost means ghostly pets, but what does Darigan mean???

Evil? I don't think so. Darigan pets aren't evil...

This is what it says where you see the Darigan Pets:
Minions of Darigan
This is never the way Neopets were meant to look... or was it. These creatures are what could happen if your Neopet gets a lick of paint from the Darigan Paint Brush.
So in away they are evil. They are Lord Darigans loyal pets.

Thanks!

If you don't like evil, which by your previous examples they would be, then try cursed. I don't really get what your asking unless you weren't around for the Darigan plot. They used to be normal neopets, got their ball taken away, and were turned into monsters. Some other stuff happened along the way, and they lived happily wickedly after.

Ooh! I weren't here for the Darigan plot. Thanks for the information!

The way I see it, the Darigan pets are cursed to become "darker" more evil looking pets. I think this was because it made them seem like the bad guys in the first Meridell war, but if you wanted a more..."theatrical" version, I would say that they're cursed to have an outward expression of their inner evil, ala Richard III.
I don't think they're mutants or evil, I see them more as cursed pets.
Oh, and by the way, there's a grammatical error in this
This is never the way Neopets were meant to look... or was it. These creatures are what could happen if your Neopet gets a lick of paint from the Darigan Paint Brush.

That quote is worded WAY weirdly...not sure if there are any technical grammar errors, but I would definately change the wording.

Sounds abit like a run-on sentence...it would be better if re-phrased. @_@

It is wrong because TNT has mixed up the present and past tense.
This is never the wasy Neopets were meant to look - present tense
...or was it - past tense.
These creatures are what could happen.... - past tense
...if your Neopet gets a .... - present tense

Actually, I think "could" might be subjunctive there. That would make it okay, but I never did learn uses of the subjunctive in English.
But I agree that the description is messy and awkward and tense-switching.

There's still something else wrong, other than tenses.

or was it is followed by a full stop instead of a question mark.

OMG this topic has become an English/Grammer topic.

My definition of Darigan is this:
Darigan Neopets are Neopets that tried to live a normal life, dispite a plague put upon them to turn their skin dark colors, creepy eyes, as well as bumps, spots, wings, and spikes in various locations, thus giving them a menacing look. They are just like any other Neopets, with possible good or mean characters. However, since they are Darigan, they are meant to look evil. Not mutanized so much, but evil. They don't have to be evil, they just look that way due to the curse/plauge put upon them.

I found the grammatical error but didn't point out the punctuation error.
There should have been a question mark not a full stop.
