Why is King Altador always giving Lupe things?

Is it because he's a lupe? But he's a king, he shouldn't be bias! There are users with Chias around here (not me though) so he shouldn't be giving out so many lupe treats here and there! Or people with Chias didn't get Lupe treats? Whatever it is, I'm quite fed up of reading the "King Altador gives you a ___ Lupe ___" thing.

I've never gotten a Lupe anything from him, and I've gone every day. Mostly motes, hero gyros, blue kacheek plushies, and that olive thing.

Seriously, I have honestly gotten 3 yellow lupe plushies so far. Who knows how many I'll end up with before this is over! I don't even like lupes.

My theory is that sometimes he forgets your coming and has to just give you whatever he happens to have in his pockets at the time.

Yeah, you can, just go to that Council place, click on King Alty and click on "Collect Your Prize". Kinda like a daily.

I've gotten x2 Altachucks and x2 Smoke Motes and I haven't gotten three of the same thing yet. (Altachucks are cute though ) But honestly, out of all the things he gives out, he doesn't give me the rug
