Neolodge Not Checking Pets Out?

I put my pets in the lodge for 2 days, just to give them a treat and me a break. Today I went to quick ref and saw that my pets weren't bloated anymore, so time to feed them.

Went to inventory, clicked on an omelette, etc. and got a message that my pet was in the lodge! Now I know they should have been out yesterday morning. So back to quick ref and this time went to the bottom of the page.

My pets were "stuck" checking out, so I had to click to remove to get their checkout completed and could feed them.

Just thought I'd let you know, you might want to check in on your pet's lodge status if they're in there.

Yeah, I checked my pets into the lodge for 4 days, and then six days later, the status said "(Pet name) Is checking out!" But they wouldn't check out until I did it manually.

Yeah, that happened to me also, when I know they should've checked out by that time. I had to do the same thing as you.
And, did they stop sending those emails from your pet that have 'Checking Out!' in the subject line? I remember getting one like that from my old Usul, but now my pets won't send me anything like that. Just a little thing, but I took note of it.

Yeah I noticed that we don't get those emails anymore, which I find a bit annoying. They were a helpful little feature.
