Golden Pteri?

Just got this RE:

The Golden Pteri flies overhead, but none of your Neopets are Pteris so he just flies away.

And now I'm curious, what would he have done if one of my pets was a pteri??? :roll:

Another reason to get a Pteri is that any food item with the word "worm" in it will cure all disease, restore hit points, and up its hunger status to bloated. Unless they've changed it...

Durring a war, a lot of BDers were using pteri potions to turn their battle pets into pteris. That way, when they got posioned they could use a wormy nugget (was 1 np, but went way way up, now its back to 1 np) to cure it, and contiue battling.

Thinking about???? I just did! And the worm thing work great! unfortunitally he only has 6 health - didn't get a good roll in the whole batch...

Pah... i guess it could be worse

You get somewhere in the ballpark of 5000 NP. Aside from that, you're not missing anything.

I have a Pteri. Got the Golden Pteri event before. The Golden Pteri gave me 1k over nps! Must thank my Pteri

I once got the Golden Pteri event, delighted to receive a little over 5000 NP. And then within 20 minutes the mewling kadotie turned up and the 5000 went to get rid of it.
