On adopting and side-accounts

Not really sure how this works, so I'm asking it here:

When exactly does a pet become too 'good' for a young account to adopt? I just created a side account with the intention of transferring one of my pets there, so I need to know.More specifically, can the pet Vasantesanah be adopted on a new side account?

Species : Buzz
Colour : Red
Gender : Female
Age : 231 days
Level : 7
Health : 8 / 8
Mood : delighted!
Hunger : starving
Strength : strong
Defence : bulletproof
Move : super speedy
Intelligence : average

As for my second question, besides not making any money, what else can't you do on a side account?

Nope.It's level is to high.And you can do anything but make money or items on sides.

IF you cannot adopt, this page will say so and why. If you can adopt, it will say the pet already has an owner. Only works on the account you wish to adopt onto and if you only have three pets on that account.

This is the message you get when you go to the Abandon page:

WARNING!!! Pets that are above level 2, are limited-edition species, or that have been painted with certain rare or expensive paintbrushes, CANNOT be adopted by any account younger than four months. So be careful when abandoning a pet, if you're planning on trying to re-adopt it!
