In short terms: a day with chocolate stuff. You don't get to go to it or anything, its just for an "A-list Neopets who don't exist" type of thing.

That reminds me of the "Travel Agency" that makes all sorts of records as if you have gone on a long trip, just so you can get away from someone. Heh. It's like a ball that you went to without ever leaving your house.
