Selling stocks

When do you sell your stocks, when the price doubles, triples, ect ?
I am at a loss how to add poll options

I usually sell once the price doubles, I'm impatient and really hate to watch stocks for months without being able to change something. Am I making as much as I could be? Doubt it but I don't really use the Stocks for income anyways.

I try to buy 5000 shares of each stock at 15...then I sell 3000 when it doubles, another 1000 when it triples, and the last 1000 I hold on to in case the stock skyrockets.

I usually leave it in there until it doubles or until I need it (as long as I don't lose money)

Generally leave it over night, to gain a couple points, then re-invest it in other stocks.

So I make just 500-1000 NP a day on stocks, but in the end it turns out the same as waiting for a double.

I'd suggest you split it 50/50; 3 companies as long-term, another 3 as day-stocks [buy in the morning, sell as soon as it climbs a few points]

I bought everything at 15 and then hold on to them and sell when the stock is making its run which normally is at least 4 times my purchase price...I only sell when I'm too afraid to hold on to the stock for the fear that the run is over....so depending on which stock it is, my sell point varies...

I buy 1000 shares at 15 and sell when it doubles. It works pretty well, but is a slow source of income.
