Neopian Times Trouble

whenever I try to submit a comic to the neopian times, it says this:

Your comic could not be uploaded. Please try again later.

It's been saying this for over a week now. Can anyone help?

Is it the correct format ?
Does it have spaces, dashes, $ signs etc in the filename, title or comment ?
What size is the file ?
What is the filename ?

Just tried submitting it again and it worked this time! Thanks for your help though The Dog God!
