Pet pages and general html/css/etc help/tutorial?

There are about a zillion and a half sites out there devoted to the subject of html, so can someone recommend one for a beginner who has already read the Neopets.com html tutorial and wants to learn more? Preferably, it's a site that specifically talks about Neopets pet pages, but not necessarily.
