I only have an 85 boost, heh. Basically, I would withdraw and retry until she used her Jade SS on the first turn - then, she cannot hinder you with it later in the battle (because, now, it's one per use for her, too).
I packed a Ramtors Spellbook, Essence of Esophagor, Honey Potion, Clawed Shield, Shadow Shield, Scroll of Freezing, Lucky Robots Foot and Thick Smoke Bomb. I was lucky, my scroll never broke, heh, so now is sitting in my shop.
With high HP and a low boost, the best tactic I found was defend + clawed shield + shadow shield, then, she, hopefully, would use her exploding space bugs, with the reflection of my shield, she usually ended up hurting herself a lot, sometimes around 80hp. If I used burrow, I would not use my shadow shield, instead, use the EoE, because she lacks defence, where I could often find that, even though stronger, she would partially block my Spellbook. I don't know if it works with sink too, I suppose it may, however, I did not have it. Drain life is very useful, I usually used it on the second turn, to get max return.
I chose not to freeze bomb, because she has no defence to earth, so, when the time came, I used my Honey Potion, EoE and a fierce attack, in hope she would use a stance to improve the damage I dealt. When I did freeze her, I just went for the Spellbook as opposed to the potion. If I were ever running low on health, I would use the thick smoke bomb, robots foot and a species ability, effectively doubling my HP.
I think the main think you should focus on is reflecting her own damage back on her, though dual mirror didn't work well, the clawed shield did. It is to do with luck, you will probably withdraw and re-enter the battle many, many times.
I hope that helps, I chose not to write a full guide, because, a) I don't remember what really happened, b) every battle is different, sometimes, you'll be lucky, sometimes you won't. I chose to substitute my shadow shield with the EoE from time to time in the battle when I felt I could, you have to have a loose knowledge of the battledome to beat her, I think, because you've got to be slightly aware. She is hard, so don't be discouraged if you get beaten, hehe. (:
