Altador Plot

Can I still finish the altador mini plot? If so, one of my neofriends referred me to this website because I can't get past the water plant, and they said that this site could help me. They said that it is like the constellation finders, but is my combination instead. If this is true, will somebody give me the link to that page. ~Thanks.
