empty shops?

I'm trying to get a few last restocks in before I go to bed, but EVERY shop I've been to has been sold out. However, my sister is RSing right now and getting items left and right. We'll even go to a shop at the same time and she'll see items but I won't.

My question is, is it possible to get RS banned from ALL the shops? I thought it was just from one, but I can't think of any other reason this might be happening.

My understanding is, when you're shop banned, you're banned from ALL stores. If you cannot see anything at the Tikiman's shop (I'm sorry; I can't remember his proper name), then you're most likely shop banned.

You get restock banned from every shop EXCEPT for igloo garage sale.

My question is - are the restock times completely random? Including between minutes?

Okay, thanks. It was a bummer to get banned on half-price day but at least now I know to be more careful.

aznknightfire - Restock times are completely random now, however, I'm not sure if the shops still restock the same amount of times in an hour (IE every eight minutes, etc). It's worth looking into.

As far as I can tell, the shops restock about 8 times an hour still. Just not all at once.

I thought they changed the restock ban so that you only got banned from one shop, pretty sure it was covered in the times a while ago.
