Who actually is Potgatkerchi? I know that there are a few toys of him and a TCG card, but who is he? Is he from a plot I missed or something? Thanks in advance.

Nope, he hasn't played a part in any plots yet. Another unexplained Neopian mystery.

Potgatkerchi, my favorite character on neopets, is a gigantic wooden tiki-head on wheels, which can spew flames out of its head, eyes, and mouth, run by a bunch of Mayan (or geraptikan) wockies who are trying to scare neopets out of geraptiku.
