Ahh!!! Darn!!! How do we check whether are we RS banned during half price day??!! Can anyone NOT RS banned (must confirm!!) help me check if the tiki tack shop is selling anything or not?? For me it's sold outa everything!

Urgh I don't seem to be catching any RSes on Half Price Day 
...and if I saw one I don't seem to get any items from it!! 
The other ppl are too fast!!! Grr!!! 
How can I prevent this?? BTW has the restock system changed and a shop can restock any time??

Is it possible to get RS banned from ALL the shops? I thought it was just from one, but I can't think of any other reason my sister is seing items and I'm not, in EVERY shop I've been to so far.

Does a shop RS anytime or does it follow a pattern (eg. the food shop RSes at second :00)?
