can sloth turn your items in trade into pile of sludg? my h4k suddenly dissapeared and a pile of sludge appeared, it was in trades

I don't believe so...had it been in trades two weeks? If it had, then it was removed from the post automatically, and you just got unlucky on which item Sloth chose to zap.

I'm very sure that sloth can't get trade items. Have you checked everywhere for the helmet like equipped on a pet, SDB, and shop? Or maybe the trade ran out and the helmet was fair game? O_o

I know that if you land on the pant devil on the wheel of misfortune, then he can steal something that was in trades..

i wasnt browsing nopets, i think i knew who it was, he put the sludge up in trades instead of the h4k, i think, im not sure

Yes it can. My friend hynfaeries0 lost 300k+ because of it. PM him for confirmation.

Unfortunately I think he can sludge anything in your inventory, even if it is in trades, or auctions, and thats ashame about loosing your H4000 Helmet.

Really? If something is in a trade or auction it can still be zapped into sludge?! Oh that's SO not right or fair.
I know anything just in your inventory is fair game to Sloth, Shadow Usul, Meuka, etc., but I always thought (cause it's what I was told) that anything in a trade or in an auction was off limits to anything like that happening. What's next, stuff can be zapped or stolen from your shop or sdb?

No, I'm pretty sure he can't touch trades. Almost positive.

goodluck. I think if you get a item thats very valuable put it into your safe box or if its a bd item equip it.

it'd be nice to know if auction and trading items are safe or not, coz it'd put me off trading/auctioning a pb or something if i knew it stood a chance of turning into sludge while i was waiting for someone to bid on it..!

I too am pretty sure that once something is in trades or your SDB, it cannot be sludged? It just doesn't make sense.
What happens if someone had a 800k bid on say a DBD and it was changed into sludge? The owner could just agree to the trade and they've cheated someone out of 800k.
I'd be rather irate at such an occurance.
